Summary: Par Health is a leading organization in the healthcare sector seeking passionate individuals for their internship program. The HR Intern will perform various administrative tasks within the HR department, contributing to onboarding, offboarding, and talent management processes while gaining practical experience in HR operations. Responsibilities: - Work on project related activities, such as Onboarding and Offboarding and Talent Management processes. Assist with process mapping and process improvements (pre-hire, onboarding, employee lifecycle management) - Support integration activities related to current and new HR processes. Conduct data reviews and audits of HR system data to ensure completeness of documentation. Identify gaps and assist HR staff with making corrections where necessary - Perform data analytics around recruiting and retention Required Qualifications: - Enrolled in bachelor's degree program related to Human Resources, Organizational Design, and or Business Administration - Experience with MS Office, etc - Motivated self-starter, operates independently, etc - Strong communication skills, etc Required Skills: Human Resources Important Skills: Data Analytics, MS Office Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication Skills, Time Management, Leadership
