Site Supervisor at ENAARA… · Lahore

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities on a multistory project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site manpower, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and report any deficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with site HSE and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and project management.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Maintain daily site records and report progress to management.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Monitor construction activities involving scaffolding, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, masonry, and other building works.
• Support the project team in achieving construction targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in building/high-rise construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site supervision.
• Ability to read and understand construction & MEP drawings.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe construction practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
