Sr Specialist in PEA team is responsible for setting up and maintaining the debited plan or participant fees, onetime fees, and ongoing fee/billing rules. This role also may require doing quality check of the work done by internal and external team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Completes processing steps as documented within standard operating procedures.
Research issues identified using the EASY system, working with case managers, relationship managers and others as needed. This includes making recommendations for corrective actions to resolve issues identified.
Participates in adhoc projects within team as needed.
Escalate all issues promptly and effectively to supervisor.
Delivering superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills.
Responding to any emails or queries related to process from internal stakeholders.
Role requires associates to perform quality checks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting is a must.
4 to 6 years of total experience in any financial related services preferred.
Experience of Quality Check is preferred.
Detail oriented and able to work on research-oriented tasks within prescribed deadlines.
Basic understanding of 401K will be added advantage.
Strong analytical/problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible schedule
Excellent time management.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
Eye to detail, candidature with strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
