Designation: -Assoc AnalystConversionPart Data Reportingto -ManagerPart Data Load Shift Timings:-6:30 PM to3:30 AM IST&9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST Job Summary: - Under general supervision, this roleis responsible foraccuratesetup, changes, and performingdaily activities such as loading data to the participantsof new plan sales in the recordkeeping system with an emphasis of supporting requests that are more complex in nature. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Support workload consisting of data load/Wires/Data IA requests via SR and PEGA during busy season and team requirements, Analyze and research complex plans and requests and resolvequeries. Ensure that Requests are prioritized by RUSH, Clarify and TAT. Detailed research should be done and data loaded before any requestsentto clarify. Adherence towards business changes (Shift, Extended hours & Weekend workings) Update all the reports like productivity tracker,Rushand Vacation tracker. Process Ownership: Responsiblequeue management, Performing RCA on defectsfor self-errors. Background and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree isa must 1-2Years of financial services experience Minimum of1yearsof experiencein anydomain, preferably in Retirement Services.
