Ego Tripp, a reputable salon, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salon Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with salon operations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Job Duties:

• Check in and check out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Provide guests with information about our salon services, products, and promotions.

• Perform front desk duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front and back areas of the salon.

• Assist the salon owner with stocking and inventory management, ensuring that supplies are readily available.

• Perform light cleaning duties, such as sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of salon services and products is a plus.
