Job Description
Summary: Emory University is a leading research university that fosters excellence and attracts world-class talent to innovate today and prepare leaders for the future. The Health & Well-being team is seeking a graduate student intern for a project-based internship focused on implementing and evaluating employee well-being programs. This role involves supporting event planning, data analysis, and documentation efforts to enhance organizational health and program readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Support engagement and participation within the Well-being Champion Network, including tracking activity and documenting best practices
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of onsite and virtual well-being events during the summer
- Help develop communication and marketing materials for upcoming fall well-being campaigns
- Compile participation data and support basic evaluation and survey analysis
- Prepare summaries, visuals, and internal reports to support program evaluation and planning
- Create and organize reusable templates, tools, and documentation to support fall initiatives and 2027 program planning
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a graduate student in a college or university pursuing a graduate degree
- Completion of undergraduate degree required and must be in good academic standing
- College transcripts required as part of interview process
