Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

Role & responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Ensure project timelines, quality, cost, and performance targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Manage construction activities, quality, safety, and project handover.
• Drive approvals, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor budgets, procurement, and cost optimization initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
• 15- 20 years of experience in large-scale real estate and construction projects.
• Proven experience leading premium high-rise residential, mixed-use, or landmark developments.
• Strong exposure to project execution, stakeholder management, contracts, procurement, and project controls.
