Epic Certified Willow Ambulatory Analyst at Ellit Groups · Location…

About Us

At Ellit Groups, we are passionate about bridging the gap between healthcare operations and IT, with the patient at the center of everything we do. Our mission is to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions that redefine how care is delivered in the industry.

Ellit Groups is a Private Equity-backed, woman, minority-led healthcare IT consulting firm focused on Provider and Payer organizations. We partner with healthcare leaders who value operational excellence, real-world experience, and diverse perspectives to drive better outcomes.

Our firm is built by former healthcare operators who understand the realities of running complex healthcare systems. This combination of operator credibility and investment-backed growth enables us to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.

The Opportunity

Our client is implementing a shared, enterprise-wide Epic electronic health record to replace a mix of paper records and separate systems that cannot share information. The new platform will improve care coordination, give providers real-time access to patient information, and make it easier for patients to access their own records.

The system will support a diverse network of healthcare facilities and organizations across behavioral health, correctional health, community health, rural health, and other specialized care settings.

The client is implementing the system in a cloud-hosted Epic environment. Ellit Groups has been selected as the implementation support vendor, offering an opportunity to contribute to a large-scale, enterprise Epic implementation serving diverse patient populations and care settings.

Project Details

• Project timeline: Long-term implementation engagement covering planning, build, testing, go-live, stabilization, and support
• Location: Remote, with periodic travel to client sites
• Client requirements: Staff must complete applicable background checks, onboarding, and site access requirements and follow all applicable privacy and data-handling requirements.
