Quality Expert Reviewer - French speaker at Elityora · Dublin

Elityora, an international recruitment agency specializing in multilingual talent acquisition, is currently recruiting French-speaking Quality Expert Reviewers for one of the world's leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies based in Dublin, Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international team dedicated to ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across digital platforms while working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will:

• Review and audit the quality of content moderation decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client policies.
• Analyze complex cases and provide accurate quality evaluations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through detailed feedback.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Handle escalations related to online content and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Training and Quality teams.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality and productivity.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent French (C2).
• Strong English communication skills (C1 or above).
• Previous experience as a Content Moderator is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Eligible to work in Ireland or willing to relocate (where applicable).

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• Rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)
• Initial on-site training (approximately 4 weeks)
• This is a 100% office-based position in Dublin.
