About Us
Elite Sphere Properties is a RERA-licensed real estate brokerage in Business Bay, Dubai, specialising in off-plan sales, secondary market sales, residential rentals, and commercial sales and leasing. We're expanding our team and welcome both experienced consultants and motivated newcomers to the industry.

Flexible Compensation, Your Choice

• Fixed salary
• Salary + commission
• Commission-only, with higher percentages based on volume

All options are open. We'll find the structure that suits you best.

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced consultants with a proven track record in the Dubai market
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a drive to succeed (full training provided)
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Driving licence is a plus but not required
• Currently based in the UAE
