Summary: EliseAI is a company dedicated to improving housing and healthcare through AI integration. They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the entire recruiting life cycle for technical roles, collaborating with various teams to attract top-tier engineering talent. Responsibilities: - Own the full recruiting life cycle for technical roles, from sourcing through to offer negotiation - Collaborate with engineering and recruiting leadership to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team culture - Source and engage world-class engineering talent using advanced sourcing strategies, including boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, in-person events, and other creative channels - Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical roles - Lead candidate outreach, conduct prescreening calls, and guide candidates through the interview process - Represent EliseAI’s technical brand and value proposition effectively to passive candidates - Ensure our ATS is up-to-date and use data-driven insights to optimize and track recruiting performance - Contribute to improving recruiting processes, tools, and strategies based on data and feedback from the team - Plan and attend recruiting events, career fairs, meetups, and campus recruiting efforts to attract talent - Support other recruiting initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed Required Qualifications: - 1-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on technical roles - Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment - Strong sourcing skills and experience with creative candidate engagement techniques - Ability to quickly adapt and iterate on outreach and targeting strategies based on hiring trends and feedback - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask - Strong EQ and analytical skills - Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week Required Skills: Technical Recruiting, Sourcing Skills, Candidate Engagement Important Skills: Analytical Skills Benefits: Equity in the company, Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%, Fully paid parental leave, Commuter benefits, 401k benefits, Fitness & home services stipend to cover part of your expenses so you can focus on what matters, A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office, Unlimited vacation and paid holidays, We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
