SMB Account Executive | Housing at EliseAI in New York, NY

Summary: EliseAI is focused on improving housing and healthcare by integrating AI into existing workflows. As a SMB Account Executive, you will identify, engage, and close new business for the small and medium business multi-family segment, while collaborating closely with Customer Success to expand the existing portfolio. Responsibilities: - Work with prospective C-Suite, VP, and Director level executives to drive EliseAI adoption - Own the entire sales cycle – prospecting (with support from SDRs), initial outreach, product demos, negotiations, and expansions - Attend industry conferences to increase market presence of EliseAI throughout the US - Act as a bridge between customers and product teams for new features and solutions - Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing on building out playbooks, processes, scripts, etc. for the next stage of growth - Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team Required Qualifications: - 1+ years quota carrying sales experience - Minimum annual quota of $600K of SaaS or net revenue in a quota carrying role - Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas - Experience in managing complex sales processes (multi-threading, procurement, etc.) - Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in real estate or prop tech Required Skills: Quota carrying sales experience, SaaS sales experience, Complex sales processes Important Skills: Real estate experience, Sales quota achievement Nice-to-Have Skills: Customer engagement, Negotiation skills Benefits: Equity in the company, Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%, Fully paid parental leave, Commuter benefits, 401k benefits, Fitness & home services stipend to cover part of your expenses so you can focus on what matters, A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office, Unlimited vacation and paid holidays, We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
