Summary: EliseAI is a company focused on improving housing and healthcare through AI integration. They are seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to manage and enhance the tech stack for their Commercial organization while driving strategic initiatives to support the team. Responsibilities: - Design, Manage, and improve processes for Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams - Maintain critical systems across our tech stack and ensure data integrity through multiple integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, IronClad, Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.) - Partner closely with GTM leaders to identify process gaps, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption of new capabilities - Manage Sales requests - Manage complex deal structure creation through to post-sale booking processes Required Qualifications: - Revenue Operations and Salesforce experience at a growing SaaS company - Curious and scrappy builder who enjoys figuring things out, automating manual work, and owning projects end-to-end (experience with leveraging AI to efficiently discover, test, and implement solutions) - Comfortable querying data with SQL - Experience working with Sales and effectively speaking to key processes and data - Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured environment - Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity a plus Required Skills: Revenue Operations, Salesforce, SQL Important Skills: SaaS experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Data analysis, Consulting experience, Investment banking experience, Private equity experience, Automation skills, Project management Benefits: Equity in the company, Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%, Fully paid parental leave, Commuter benefits, 401k benefits, Fitness & home services stipend to cover part of your expenses so you can focus on what matters, A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office, Unlimited vacation and paid holidays, We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
