Role Summary
The Brand Manager,, Alzheimer is responsible for developing and executing integrated brand strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of Kisunla™ across key markets. Reporting to the BU Director, this role is a critical contributor to the commercial success by shaping customer experience, leading tactical execution, and partnering cross-functionally with Medical, Access, and Field teams.
Key Objectives & Deliverables
Lead the development and implementation of integrated brand plans aligned to global and local strategy
Design and execute an omnichannel promotional strategy, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer through the right channel
Drive HCP segmentation and targeting strategies, identifying priority neurologists, memory clinic specialists, and diagnostic centres
Develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns in compliance with local regulatory and medical-legal requirements
Lead the creation and execution of thought leader (KOL) engagement plans including symposia, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer education programmes
Partner closely with Field teams (Medical, Commercial) to align brand strategy with on-the-ground execution
Support the Alzheimer’s disease ecosystem development by driving awareness of amyloid testing and early diagnosis pathways
Own the brand’s operational plan including budget management, agency management, and OpEx oversight
Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence; translate insights into actionable recommendations
Lead the market research agenda to continuously deepen understanding of customer needs, barriers, and unmet needs
Manage promotional review processes to ensure timely approval of all brand materials
Drive agency partner relationships including creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns
Serve as the commercial brand lead in cross-functional team meetings, aligning medical, market access, regulatory, and legal stakeholders
Develop and present brand performance updates, investment proposals, and strategic plans to senior leadership
Proactively scan the external environment for competitive threats, policy changes, and emerging customer trends
Represent the brand at key congresses, scientific meetings, and external stakeholder events
Contribute to a high-performance team culture grounded in Lilly’s values of integrity, excellence, and respect for people

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required;
Minimum 5 years of brand management, marketing, or commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare
Demonstrated experience in launch excellence and/or specialty care marketing
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesise complex data into clear recommendations
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to clearly articulate strategy and inspire action
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools (e.g., Veeva), and marketing analytics platforms
Fluency in English required;
Additional Skills & Preferences
Experience in Neurology, Neuroscience, or Alzheimer’s disease preferred
Familiarity with specialty product reimbursement, payer dynamics, and market access in Poland
Experience with HCP education programmes including advisory boards, KOL management, and congress activities
Experience in managing omnichannel campaigns including digital, social media, and non-personal promotion
Alzheimer’s disease ecosystem understanding — including diagnostic pathways, infusion logistics, and caregiver dynamics
