“礼想储备生-医药推广” 是礼来为未来医药人才打造的优才储备项目。

你将先加入礼来，完成不少于3个月的实习，在真实业务场景中学习专业知识、积累实战经验，在资深经理的指导下完成从校园到职场的成长跃迁。

毕业前，我们将综合评估实习表现及专业能力，表现优秀的同学将收获全职Offer，正式加入礼来。

从医药推广出发，但未来不止于此。无论是专业深耕、团队管理，还是更多跨领域发展机会，都在等你解锁~

你的职责：

专业知识学习：掌握包括但不限于礼来公司和医药行业相关信息、基础产品和合规知识、学术推广技巧等内容

推广技能提升：跟随地区经理和带教师傅建立与区域客户的有效沟通，通过专业的学术推广向客户提供解决方案，在实习期间不设有业务指标

跨部门合作：协调内外跨团队资源，参与区域市场项目的执行与实施

基本要求:

全日制本科或以上学历的2027年应届毕业生，符合《医药代表管理办法》（包括其不时修订的更新版本）要求的医学、药学或相关专业

具备出色的沟通能力和学习能力，具备积极主动的心态和勇于挑战的韧性

优先考虑有医药行业相关实习或有在高校组织担任干事经验的学生

确保能够实习至少3个月

招聘流程：

9-10月：简历初筛 & HR面试

10-11月：业务面试

11-12月：Offer
