Key Responsibilities

• Talk to students and parents about courses and admissions.
• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Follow up with interested students regularly.
• Help students complete the admission process.
• Convert enquiries into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Answer student and parent questions politely.
• Coordinate with the academic and admission team.
• Keep updated about courses, fees, and admission offers.
• Good communication skills.
• Confident and friendly personality.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable talking to students and parents.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to work with monthly targets.
• Positive attitude and a learning mindset.
