The Finance Intern will support the finance team with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, and process improvement. Responsibilities: - Prepare and support reclassification journal entries - Assist with account analysis and resolving discrepancies - Support cost tracking and internal financial reviews as needed - Build and maintain financial models related to raw material testing costs - Support pricing analysis and margin modeling initiatives - Partner with operations and procurement teams to analyze cost drivers - Help design and document process flows for batch slot planning and scheduling - Analyze operational data to improve visibility and decision-making - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Support implementation of structured reporting tools for internal use - Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, cost control, and scalability - Support continuous improvement efforts through analysis, documentation, and implementation tracking Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Required Skills: Financial modeling, Cost analysis, Microsoft Excel Important Skills: Analytical skills, Attention to detail Nice-to-Have Skills: manage priorities, Problem-solving skills, Organizational skills, work independently
