About the Role
Hello, School Psychologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists in Montrose, CO to support students across K–12 school settings. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with educators and school teams. What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
- Support students’ behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
- Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
- Ensure timelines and documentation requirements are met
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent
- Valid Colorado CDE certification required by start date
- Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- NASP membership a plus
