Wellness Membership Advisor

Be the first person clients meet — and the reason they keep coming back. Build a rewarding career where connection, service, and sales come together.

$18.00 – $21.00 / hour + bonuses & commission

The Role - What You'll Do

As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you're the heart of the front desk — welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check-ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship-focused sales process. You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. If you love talking to people — and love listening even more — this role was made for you.

Who You Are - What We're Looking For

• Natural Connector — You build rapport quickly, listen actively, and make every client feel genuinely welcome
• Sales-Driven — You're motivated by goals and skilled at converting interest into membership through in-person, relationship-focused selling
• Service-Minded — You turn client concerns into great customer service stories, and you take pride in creating exceptional experiences
• Organized & Tech-Savvy — You're comfortable with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and learning new systems quickly
• Team Player — You contribute to a clean, calm, professional studio environment and support your teammates every day
• Flexible — You're available to work evenings and weekends as needed

Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person.

Compensation & Benefits What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay ($18.00 – $21.00 based on experience), monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets, and commission on Wellness Program sales. Full-time employees receive medical insurance, plus every team member enjoys a complimentary monthly massage.

• Monthly performance bonuses
• Commission on wellness plan sales
• Medical insurance (full-time)
• Complimentary monthly massage
• Professional development & training
• Additional bonus opportunities
• More Than a Front Desk Job

You'll use our proprietary Service Path tools to connect with every client — turning first visits into lasting wellness relationships. With clear targets, ongoing training, and a supportive team around you, this is a role where your people skills directly drive your earning potential and career growth in the wellness industry.
