Job Description
Summary: Element Fleet Management is redefining the fleet management industry with a people-first approach. They are seeking a motivated and analytical Program Operations Intern to support client-focused operations, offering a well-rounded experience in operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration during a 12-16 week summer internship.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day Program Operations activities for Client programs
- Track, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics and KPIs
- Assist with program reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Document operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Client initiatives
- Gain exposure to Last Mile Rental and Commercial Programs/Data Analytics projects
Required Qualifications:
- Currently, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, MIS, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Smartsheet
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Exposure to SQL or data analytics coursework
- Interest in logistics, fleet management, or operations
