Job Description
Summary: Element Fleet Management is redefining the fleet management industry with a people-first approach. As a BDR/Marketing Intern, you will support the BDR and Marketing teams by managing lead queues, updating Salesforce data, and collaborating on marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Review unassigned accounts to determine eligibility and make appropriate assignments
- Manage inbound lead queue and assign all MQL’s per the recommended workflow process
- Search ZoomInfo for specific verticals and add new accounts and contacts to Salesforce
- Add Industry and Industry Sub-Category information to prospective accounts in Salesforce
- Suggest and review Marketing content for email campaigns for the BDR’s
- Collect and communicate support campaign metrics, performance and analysis
- Collaborate with the BDR and marketing teams on other assigned tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- Students currently enrolled in a university program preferably in Business or Marketing
- Proficiency in MS 365, particularly Word, Excel, and SharePoint (for communications sites)
- Understanding of basic web principles and terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of systems like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn is preferred
