Summary: Electronic Mobility Controls is focused on integrating complex vehicle software for mobility solutions. They are seeking an Entry-Level Embedded Software Developer to work on innovative products that enhance driving freedom for the disabled community.
Responsibilities:
- Read Electrical Diagrams: Interpret and understand electrical schematics and diagrams to ensure accurate implementation and troubleshooting
- Hardware Wiring: Install and wire hardware modules according to instructions provided by superiors, ensuring proper setup and functionality
- C Programming: Read and write small amounts of C code to support hardware functionality and integration
- Analytical Thinking: Apply strong analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex problems related to electrical and computer systems
- Innovation: Demonstrate a proactive approach to developing innovative solutions and improvements in technology and processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Computer Engineering
- Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and wiring hardware modules
- Basic knowledge of C programming
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset
- A genuine passion for innovation and a drive to contribute to cutting-edge projects
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting to supervisors
- Ability to commute to Augusta, ME 04330
- Ability to relocate to Augusta, ME 04330 before starting work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar engineering role or relevant internships
- Familiarity with additional programming languages or software tools
