All about the role: The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring service level compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role combines strong hands-on execution, acting as a technical expert and team guide. The position coordinates receiving, storage, and dispatch activities while coordinates warehouse staff and drives continuous improvement with a focus on cost, productivity, and quality.

This role is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
What you’ll do:
Execute and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, storage, and distribution of parts.
Ensure adherence to established procedures, operational standards, internal policies, quality requirements, and service level agreements.
Coordinates and takes lead with warehouse personnel, including associates, forklift drivers, and operational staff; act as shift/area leader as needed.
Assign, prioritize, and plan daily tasks based on operational volume, urgency, and deadlines.
Motivate and provide ongoing coaching to staff while promoting a collaborative work environment.
Act as the technical point of reference for warehouse processes and systems (WMS/ERP).
Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues with minimal supervision and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure efficient material flow, optimal use of resources (labor, equipment, space), and mitigation of operational bottlenecks.
Maintain accurate system records and ensure data integrity.
Comply with and enforce warehouse safety regulations; identify risks and promote safe work practices.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure parts availability and operational alignment.
Identify, propose, and implement process improvements, optimization initiatives, and cost‑reduction opportunities, contributing ideas based on practical experience.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or associate degree.
2–5 years of warehouse experience.
Prior team lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
Organized, results‑driven, and service‑oriented mindset.
