NIL Athlete Relations & Partnerships Intern at Electro in Remote

Summary: Electro is reinventing hydration with a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes. They are seeking an intern to help grow their ambassador and affiliate program, focusing on athlete outreach, creator sourcing, and CRM management.

Responsibilities:
- Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
- Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
- Send personalized DMs and emails to creators and influencers to pitch partnerships
- Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks
- Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline
- Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates
- Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly

Required Qualifications:
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast
- Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding
- Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well
- Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily
