Marketing & Partnerships Intern at Electro in Remote

Summary: Electro is a company focused on revolutionizing hydration through their functional electrolyte gum. They are seeking a Marketing & Partnerships Intern to help grow their creator network by engaging TikTok creators and influencers.

Responsibilities:
- Track creator and influencer outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups
- Scout trending TikTok content and flag creators who are blowing up in our niches
- Manage daily follow-ups with creators and influencers to keep deals moving
- Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message
- Recruit new affiliates and creators into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding
- Flag unique requests, standout talent, or issues to the founding team quickly
- Coordinate with the founding team on creator program updates and priorities

Required Qualifications:
- Able to manage a high volume of creator conversations daily
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment
- Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators and influencers through DMs and email
