The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face of eir in local communities, visiting residential customers and introducing them to our market-leading broadband and mobile services.

You'll:

• Generate new customer sales through face-to-face interactions
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Build trust and strong customer relationships
• Confidently handle customer questions and objections
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Represent the eir brand in a professional manner
• Maintain a strong knowledge of eir products and offers

What We're Looking For

• Full clean EU manual driving licence (essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
• Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection positively
• Competitive and results-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Previous sales experience desirable but not essential
• Customer-facing experience advantageous
• Telecommunications experience beneficial but not essential
