We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in project coordination, working on significant infrastructure projects that contribute to the development of the emirate. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating project activities, facilitating communication between multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects whilst supporting senior engineers and project managers.
Coordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Liaise effectively between senior engineers, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and smooth project progression
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, proposals, specifications, and project records in accordance with organisational procedures
Organise and coordinate site visits, inspections, and field data collection activities, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and analysed
Support the preparation of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation using AutoCAD and related design software
Maintain accurate, organised project records, databases, and filing systems in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards
Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure accountability and maintain project continuity
Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and expenditure to support effective financial management and cost control
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards, and local engineering codes throughout all project phases
Identify potential project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
Collaborate with team members to resolve project challenges and contribute to continuous operational excellence and process improvements
Provide administrative support to project teams and maintain clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders
qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
Must be an Emirati national with a valid Family Book
Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent qualification
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail
Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise workload
Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within team environments and contribute constructively
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Health and Safety awareness in construction and engineering environments
Knowledge of UAE regulations, standards, and local compliance requirements
Ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships professionally
