As a Treasury Intern, you will support financial analysis and reporting, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to strategic financial decisions that impact the company's success. Responsibilities: - Prepare financial models to assess optimal debt to equity capitalization across major business entities and develop actionable recommendations to improve capital structure - Support the renewal of the corporate credit facility by analyzing banking partners’ share of wallet, profitability, and relationship value to guide strategic tiering and negotiations - Conduct contribution, scenario, and supporting financial analyses to inform capital allocation, financing structure decisions, and banking partner engagement - Collaborate with Treasury leadership, internal finance teams, and external banking partners to gather data, validate assumptions, and support execution of treasury transactions - Present analytical findings and recommendations to management, strengthening communication and influencing skills Required Qualifications: - Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited University for the entire duration of their internship - Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Business - Must graduate December 2026 or later - Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent) - Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer - Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus - Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
