UX Designer II will effectively leverage the experience of senior team members and leaders to creatively design around perceived limitations and/or challenges imposed by the regulatory or technical environment.
UX Designer II sets direction for the design of web applications used by branch teams, clients, and home office associates, with guidance from senior team members and leaders. Recommendations impact the user's experience, adoption of the firm's technology, and the ability to meet the needs of the client.
The decisions of UX Designer II have a long-term impact on systems or processes that impact branch teams, clients, and home office associates, from several months to multiple years. UX Designer II will make decisions under the guidance of senior team members and leaders. Decisions will vary in complexity and often impact other areas. UX Designer II may occasionally mentor others but has no direct supervision responsibility.
What You Will Do:

What You Will Do:
- Design application interfaces with a focus on workflow, integration, user interaction, and data visualizations, and proactively identifies ways to improve processes and systems.
- Collaborate with developers to translate designs into elegant user experiences.
- Establish and maintain good relationships across departments and business areas.
- Participate in walkthroughs to ensure quality and consistency of designs.
- Own self-development, staying current with UX techniques and tools, and demonstrate out of the box thinking.
- Proactively and clearly communicate with all levels of leadership and varying sizes of stakeholder audiences, advocating for the end user.
