Team Overview:
The Advanced Branch Support (ABS) department within the Market & Practice Solutions Division is seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of Relationship Managers providing high-touch, differentiated support to the firm’s top branch teams. Relationship Managers serve as a critical connection to the home office, helping some of the firm’s largest and most complex practices navigate business needs and access solutions across the firm. The Team Leader plays a key role in guiding this team and ensuring they deliver the expertise, coordination, and support these practices need to successfully serve their clients.
What You'll Do:

- Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality support to the firm’s top practices.
- Build strong partnerships across the firm, advocate for evolving practice needs, and influence outcomes that enhance the branch experience.
- Lead day-to-day operations, maintain performance standards, and use metrics, trends, and branch insights to drive team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner across business areas to advance process, technology, and service model enhancements that reduce branch effort, improve outcomes, and support the continued growth and scalability of ABS.
