The Sr. Team Leader, Asset Movement Vendor Solutions & Risk, plays a critical leadership role within Estates Operations, leading a frontline team responsible for delivering exceptional operational outcomes that directly impact our clients, beneficiaries, and Financial Advisors during some of life's most important transitions.

This leader will drive excellence in core operational work, balancing client experience, risk management, and vendor solution oversight to ensure seamless execution and strong business outcomes. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence an area of significant industry importance while helping shape the future of Estates Operations through ongoing transformation initiatives, process modernization, and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Will Do:

· Responsible for overall performance of a high risk, complex team, including establishing and achieving key performance indicators, key goals and objectives, risk mitigation, and compliance with supervisory procedures and regulations.
· Must be knowledgeable of and responsible for the development and performance of systems impacting the team, in US.
· Full management responsibility for a diverse team of as many as 15 associates and 50 offshore professionals located in India. Manages non-exempt and exempt associates and will involve distance leadership.
· Accountable for attracting, developing, retaining and ensuring proper training of a diverse workforce. Mentors associates and other leaders
· Responsible for working with other areas in the firm, vendors and auditors. This includes: partnering with these entities, working with them on system or process changes, participating in problem resolutions and may be involved in vendor contract review.
· Participates and contributes to the area, division, and firm objectives.
· May participate on industry groups.
