GTM Manager - Netherlands at Educato in Netherlands

About Educato
Educato is a YC-backed AI exam-prep company helping students study more effectively through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring. We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We’re looking for someone to own our UGC creator program in the Netherlands.

About the role
You will own the day-to-day operation of Educato’s UGC program in the Netherlands.

Your job is to find promising Dutch creators, recruit and onboard them, get their content live, manage their campaigns, and identify which creators and formats perform best.

You will work closely with Educato’s global growth and creative teams. We will provide proven formats, scripts, creative direction, tools, and campaign infrastructure. You will adapt them to Dutch culture, communicate them clearly to creators, and ensure strong execution.

What you’ll do
Find and recruit Dutch creators on TikTok and Instagram.
Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns.
Review content and give fast, clear feedback.
Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.

You’re a great fit if
You’re a native English speaker.
You’re organized and communicate well.
You get things done without needing lots of direction.
You don’t have a 9 - 5 mentality and work well in a high pressure, high reward environment.
Experience matters less than execution.

What we offer
Full ownership of the Netherlands creator program.
Competitive local salary + performance bonuses.
Creator budget, proven formats, and support from our global team.
Significant responsibility and room to grow into larger markets.

How to apply

Please send:

• Your CV or LinkedIn profile.
• Links to any creator campaigns, social accounts, communities, or relevant work you have managed.
• Three Dutch creators you think could be a strong fit for Educato, with one sentence explaining each choice.
• One short-form video you believe performed well and a brief explanation of why it worked. A short answer to this question: A creator has missed two scheduled posts and has stopped replying. What would you do next?
