Job Description
Summary: Edelman DXI is committed to creating an equitable and inspiring workplace, and they are seeking an intern to support the development and rollout of their AI platform. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess organizational needs and help drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and features.
Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify needs, pain points, and process friction
- Help map current-state workflows and develop journey maps to highlight opportunity areas
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into clear insights and recommendations
- Assist in defining product concepts, user stories, and feature requirements for internal AI tools
- Contribute to wireframes, lightweight prototypes, and feedback loops
- Support pilot programs and testing cycles, capturing insights to inform iteration
- Help document product updates and roadmap elements in structured, usable formats
- Support the development of change management and adoption strategies
- Help create enablement materials including adoption toolkits, training decks, guides, and FAQs
- Draft internal communications plans to articulate value, behavioral shifts, and impact
- Track adoption signals and feedback to help refine tools and rollout approaches
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interest in product management, user experience research, organizational change, or innovation
- Demonstrated curiosity and fluency with AI tools, with an interest in how AI transforms workflows and industries
- Ability to break down complex systems and processes into clear, structured insights
- Strong writing and presentation skills (proficiency in Figma is ideal)
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and contributing to early-stage initiatives
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks within a structured environment
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in product, consulting, research, strategy, or innovation
