Job Description
Summary: Edelman is a leading communications firm, and they are seeking an AI Transformation Intern to support the development and rollout of their AI platform and transformation initiatives. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organizational needs, design AI-enabled tools, and drive adoption across the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify needs, pain points, and process friction
- Help map current-state workflows and develop journey maps to highlight opportunity areas
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into clear insights and recommendations
- Assist in defining product concepts, user stories, and feature requirements for internal AI tools
- Contribute to wireframes, lightweight prototypes, and feedback loops
- Support pilot programs and testing cycles, capturing insights to inform iteration
- Help document product updates and roadmap elements in structured, usable formats
- Support the development of change management and adoption strategies
- Help create enablement materials including adoption toolkits, training decks, guides, and FAQs
- Draft internal communications plans to articulate value, behavioral shifts, and impact
- Track adoption signals and feedback to help refine tools and rollout approaches
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interest in product management, user experience research, organizational change, or innovation
- Demonstrated curiosity and fluency with AI tools, with an interest in how AI transforms workflows and industries
- Ability to break down complex systems and processes into clear, structured insights
- Strong writing and presentation skills (proficiency in Figma is ideal)
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and contributing to early-stage initiatives
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks within a structured environment
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in product, consulting, research, strategy, or innovation is a plus
- In order to be considered, you must have at least completed your junior year of undergraduate study by the summer of 2026
