Senior Manager/Manager, Planning [PDD]
Location: Paya Lebar Quarter -PLQ 2
[What the role is]
As a Senior Manager/Manager in Planning and Design Division (Planning), you will be part of a dynamic team that provides central oversight and coordination of CCG work.
[What you will be working on]
Your role includes but is not limited to the following areas:
• Undertake strategic reviews of career facilitation policies/programmes/projects (including development of strategy and implementation plan, key performance indicators), prepare papers and deliver presentations on related matters to WSG senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify inputs/ parameters from internal and external stakeholders for strategic/corporate plan development specific to CCG’s area of work.
• Handle enquiries from and provide inputs to MOM and other Ministries/Agencies on policy issues, including Committee of Supply (COS) related matters.
• Organise CCG’s annual work plan sessions and coordinate the dissemination of CCG’s work plans.
• Serve as Secretariat for high-level Ministerial, Tripartite committees as necessary.
• Oversee knowledge management for PDD-Planning.
