As a member of the People Matters Division (PMD)/ Organisational Excellence & Culture (OEC), you will be reporting to the Deputy Director/OEC and working closely with various teams across NLB to collaborate and build a culture of excellence, achieve NLB’s mission and vision and are cognizant of NLB’s outcomes.
[What you will be working on]
You will be involved in the following duties:
Plan the operations of organisational excellence activities in NLB. Including managing the staff suggestion scheme and work improvement activities.
Conduct research that supports the development of an Internal framework of standards and processes that engages and motivates employees to deliver transformative products and services that fulfil customer requirements within business expectations.
Assist in the planning and organisation of learning trips (local and overseas) and identify areas that can enhance innovation and service delivery in NLB.
Support the NLB Awards frameworks as well as be NLB’s point of contact for Public Sector Transformation activities.
Facilitate and plan other NLB culture building initiatives such as staff forum and townhalls that promotes staff engagement and NLB’s employee value proposition (e.g. Innovating and pushing boundaries, positively impacting the community, caring for staff growth and well being).
[What we are looking for]
The candidate should have:
Preferably two to three years of relevant working experience in organisational development, employee engagement and event planning. Applicants with no experience may apply.
Strong conceptualisation, facilitation, communications, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Meticulous with good writing and organisational skills. Familiarity with social media platforms will be an advantage.
Successful applicant will be appointed on an initial two-year contract.
