Regulatory Affairs Intern Location: TUR - Istanbul - Istanbul About the Role: We are looking for a Regulatory Intern to join our team on a year fixed-term contract. This role is based in our Istanbul Kartal office and requires committing to work minimum 3 days a week. You will play a key part in supporting regulatory team, ensuring legal compliance and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth regulatory processes. Minimum Qualifications: Student being in last year of the university, new graduated or in a master preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any related fields Fluent English with good written and verbal communication skills Strong in data gathering and interpretation Effective planning skills, attention to details and good follow up skills Strong communication skills and time & efficiency focused working style Good MS Office and problem-solving skills What You Will Do: Support regulatory activities with the country regulatory affairs team Keep and maintain files and documents regarding product regulatory and compliance Assist with the preparation of submission, registration and notification dossiers to ensure legal compliance for especially cosmetics, medical devices and biocides, detergents and chemical substances under KKDIK regulation Researches information on regulatory requirements Proactively understands and implements all regulatory and statutory requirements
