Location: Muntinlupa City, Philippines
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and/or Payroll, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits, payroll, job evaluation, and labor compliance.
- Experience leading regional or global Total Rewards initiatives is preferred.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
