Industry Product Leader (Field Service) at ECI Software… · Remote

Industry Focus: Field Service This Industry Product Leader role is dedicated to ECI's Field Service vertical, which serves office technology and managed print dealers, equipment maintenance and service providers, and commercial service and trade businesses through solutions such as e-automate, MobileTech, FMAudit, Printanista, and Davisware. The successful candidate will bring deep, hands-on experience within the field service industry — including a working knowledge of service contract and meter-based billing models, dispatch and technician workflows, parts and inventory management, and the economics of service-driven businesses. Because this role sets the industry strategy, AI roadmap, and commercial priorities for the vertical and serves as ECI's go-to voice on field service, candidates must demonstrate established credibility with field service customers, dealers, and industry communities, and a proven track record of translating the unique pain points of service organizations into product and P&L outcomes. Role Summary The Industry Product Director owns industry strategy and commercialization for a major industry, addressing significant and unique issues that require judgment on market timing, regulatory shifts, and AI disruption. Working at the intersection of product, go-to-market, delivery, and customer success, the Industry Product Director translates industry needs into a portfolio of reusable product bets, AI-enabled workflows, and commercial priorities that drive adoption, expansion, and durable market differentiation. This role holds broad, authoritative expertise across the industry and its adjacencies, is recognized internally as the go-to voice on the vertical and leads a team of PM Builders. This is a business-owner and people-manager role reporting to the Vertical PM Leader.
