Job Description
Summary: Echo Global Logistics is a leading provider of technology-enabled solutions and supply chain management. They are seeking a Logistics Account Executive Intern to assist in managing the shipping process for their Managed Transportation clients while gaining hands-on experience and developing communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- You will partner within teams and across departments and serve as a point of contact for managing the shipping process for our clients
- Learn how to offer solutions based on shipping patterns and needs
- Gain problem solving and communication skills to react quickly to issues that arise
- Assist in coordinating daily shipments through phone, email and Echo’s client-facing web portal
- Gain competency with Echo’s technology and educate clients on the benefits of leveraging it
- Partner with other departments across Echo to track shipments, resolve any discrepancies and file claims completely and correctly in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to start June 1, 2026 and complete the entire 10 week program
- Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior, with at least one semester remaining after completion of internship
- Able to work in our Chicago office 3 days and hybrid 2 days a week
- No major or GPA requirements
