The AR Caller is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes in the US healthcare domain. The role involves following up with insurance companies to ensure timely payment of medical claims and resolving billing issues.

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-ups
• Review and analyze unpaid/denied claims and take appropriate actions
• Resolve claim rejections and denials by coordinating with insurance representatives
• Work on aging reports and prioritize claims for follow-up
• Ensure timely reimbursement and reduce outstanding AR
• Update claim status and maintain accurate records in billing systems
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
• Identify trends in denials and suggest process improvements
