• Own client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle, acting as the primary point of operational accountability.
• Lead, allocate work to, mentor, and develop direct project team members, including Project Engineers and Project Coordinators.
• Direct and influence cross-functional contributors, including Document Controllers, Application and Design Engineers, site resources, and third-party partner teams.

• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing, integrated functional testing, Site Acceptance Testing, and commissioning activities where applicable.
• Coordinate oversize transport, specialised lifting studies, and complex site logistics to support on-time delivery.
• Supervise site installation support, interface handovers, and final operational readiness reviews with client site teams.
• Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing locations, fabrication yards, testing facilities, and customer sites.
• Manage final documentation packages, including as-built documentation, test reports, compliance certificates, and operation and maintenance manuals.
• Capture lessons learned and improve standardisation, vendor execution, and build-cycle efficiency across future prefabricated solutions.
