Summary: Easy Dynamics Corp is a leading IT service provider specializing in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and risk management for federal agencies. They are seeking highly motivated interns for their EDGE Labs to contribute to innovation initiatives focused on automation, cloud platforms, AI-assisted development, and DevSecOps. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior engineers, technical leads, and engineering stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reusable technical solutions - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives - Contribute to the design, development, and documentation of reusable cloud modules, automation pipelines, and supporting libraries - Develop and test code using modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development under senior engineer guidance - Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing, security validation, and deployment - Support infrastructure-as-code (IaC) development and cloud foundational services - Assist with security and compliance automation, including validation and technical documentation - Perform functional, security, and quality testing to identify bugs, vulnerabilities, and inefficiencies - Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding and documentation standards - Provide regular updates on progress, accomplishments, and learnings to EDGE Labs leadership Required Qualifications: - Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field - Strong foundational programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar - Familiarity with APIs and data formats (REST, JSON) - Comfort working in Linux-based or cloud environments - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment - Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) - Experience or strong interest in Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform - Familiarity with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows - Interest in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automation frameworks - Understanding of Agile software development practices - Exposure to containers, serverless computing, or microservices architectures - Interest in security, compliance, and policy-driven automation - Curiosity about AI-assisted software development, including code generation, testing, and analysis - Desire to build reusable modules and platforms, not just one-off applications Required Skills: Cloud platforms, Programming skills, Infrastructure as Code Important Skills: CI/CD pipelines, Agile practices Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical skills, Interest in automation Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
