• Coordinate organizational administrative processes including employee vacation tracking, scheduling, and supporting cross-functional initiatives by tracking timelines, communications, and action items.
• Proactively identify process bottlenecks. Build practical, scalable administrative systems, tools, and documentation that streamline operations across the business.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Operations Lead role supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• A proven track record of handling confidential, high-stakes information with exceptional discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to operate independently, make sound decisions under pressure, and solve problems proactively before they escalate.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact seamlessly with external partners, clients, and leadership.
