Summary: Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of Wisconsin is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join their growing team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing patient data, and assisting with appointment scheduling in a supportive and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service—every interaction matters!
- Confirm online bookings and greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Verify patient demographics and scan insurance cards/documents
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments
- Prep patient charts for upcoming visits
- Accurately enter and manage patient data in our EMR system
- Collaborate with the team through EMR, email, and Microsoft Teams

Required Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or office setting
- Available 40 hours/week Monday-Friday
- Willingness to occasionally travel to our other Fox Valley clinic locations to provide coverage
