Job Description
Summary: Morgan Stanley is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. The Change Management and Training Associate will support the Firmwide AI team’s mission to drive adoption and literacy of generative AI technologies across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the firm’s AI learning culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs and content tailored to diverse roles and business units, ensuring employees are equipped to utilize GenAI tools effectively
- Support the development and maintenance of digital learning environments, optimizing content management workflows for scalable training delivery
- Keep training content current by integrating the latest GenAI advancements
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
- Support change management strategies to drive GenAI adoption, addressing barriers such as resistance or lack of understanding through targeted communication and engagement
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, encouraging employees to embrace new capabilities
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of training and change initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for optimization and reporting on program impact
- Partner with corporate and business unit communications to execute internal communication plans, keeping the organization informed about training opportunities and program updates
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, communicating program goals and outcomes
- Support alignment across diverse groups to achieve GenAI objectives
- Ensure training initiatives comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines
- Understanding and communication to users of common Generative AI risks (e.g., hallucinations, bias, data privacy concerns), and ability to identify potential pitfalls users may encounter
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program design and delivery
- Exposure to organizational change management and transformation initiatives
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, especially GenAI technologies
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Analytical skills for tracking KPIs and reporting on program effectiveness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services) is a plus
