They are seeking a Summer Intern in Regulatory to support international regulatory activities, gaining hands-on exposure to global cosmetic regulations through product documentation and compliance reviews. Responsibilities: - Track, review, and file documentation for international product dossiers - Support cosmetic product registration and notification processes in global markets - Coordinate registration sample submissions as needed - Review raw material documentation for regulatory compliance - Assist with reviewing final product formulas for market compliance - Monitor, summarize, and share updates on new or amended international regulations - Communicate regulatory team needs cross-functionally and track the status of requests Required Qualifications: - Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship - Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 21st - Available for in-office work at least three days per week - Ability to attend monthly evening calls between seven and eight p.m. Eastern Time - Currently pursuing a degree in a science-based curriculum (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering) or a related field - Highly collaborative and able to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable learning and working within web-based databases and regulatory submission portals - Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint - Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities - Commitment to accuracy, quality, and integrity of information Required Skills: Regulatory compliance, Product documentation Important Skills: Science-based curriculum, Web-based databases Nice-to-Have Skills: Computer proficiency Benefits: Competitive pay and benefits, Bonus eligibility (200% of target over the last four fiscal years), Equity, Flexible time off, Year-round half-day Fridays, Hybrid 3 day in office, 2 day at home work environment
