HR & Payroll Software Sales Executive at E Concept LLC in Dubai

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Software Sales Executive to demonstrate and sell our UAE-focused HR and payroll software.

The primary responsibility will be to understand each prospect’s requirements, conduct effective product demonstrations, follow up consistently and successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients and understand their requirements
• Identify their HR, attendance, leave and payroll challenges
• Conduct professional online and in-person software demonstrations
• Clearly explain how the software can address the prospect’s requirements
• Handle customer questions and sales objections confidently
• Maintain regular follow-ups until the opportunity is closed
• Keep lead stages and discussions updated in the CRM
• Coordinate with the implementation team after closing each deal

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B software sales
• Knowledge of UAE HR and payroll processes is an advantage
• Experience selling HR, payroll, ERP, CRM or SaaS solutions is preferred
• Strong software demonstration and presentation skills
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment
• Confidence communicating with HR managers, finance managers and business owners
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and closing skills
