Job Description
Summary: DZYNE Technologies is leading the future of autonomous defense, developing and manufacturing advanced airborne and ground-based defense solutions. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for building and testing high-precision components and finished products, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Precision Assembly: Build and assemble complex parts or full systems according to detailed technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Quality Testing: Conduct rigorous testing on completed products to ensure functionality and strict adherence to safety regulations
- Tool Operation: Utilize specialized hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all industry-specific quality control protocols (e.g., aerospace or medical grade standards)
- Documentation: Record production data and test results to maintain accurate manufacturing logs and traceability
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and experience working with specialized manufacturing tools
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to 'zero-defect' manufacturing and high-quality output
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, and lift a minimum of 35-50 lbs
- Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification: A&P or IPC-610 Certification is a plus
