As a Category Strategy Intern, you will be part of our success in driving our business forward on the Category Strategy team. Here you will work closely with the people and processes that ensure our company delivers the highest quality insights. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for analytics!

Responsibilities
· Technical Expertise - This role requires Excel experience with v-lookups, x-lookups, pivot tables, and other formulas to manipulate data helping us to arrive at consumer insights. These insights will impact category strategy, assortment recommendations, scorecarding, and shelving best practices.
· Story Telling - Leverage Duracell tools such as PowerBI, Circana POS/Panel, Numerator, and 84.51/dunnhumby data to identify key trends and patterns in data to provide recommendations for the Battery category. These recommendations will be shared internally and externally with retailers. So be ready to present.
Qualifications
Qualifications
· Enrolled in an accredited University actively pursuing a 4-year degree in any business-related program.
· Ability to work in a remote environment and effectively collaborative as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Co-Pilot).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell the story about the shopper problem to solve.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with curious mindset and commitment to accuracy and time management.
· Previous internship or project experience in data analysis or related fields.
